Xballer was established in year 2006, a sports apparel company that mostly deals with basketball goods. We offer a great range of basketball apparel that caters to unique individual tastes, allowing everyone to express themselves differently, as per our motto ‘make you different’.
This desire to develop the quality and popularity of basketball is further encouraged by the recent emergence of the success of Asian stars in the NBA such as Yao Ming and more recently, Jeremy Lin. As more and more players are drawn to the game, we might unearth our own group of exceptional players that will bring basketball to the next level.
Our main goal here at Xballer is to popularize the game of basketball, not just as a sport, but as a lifestyle or culture. And so, we feel that this is a great opportunity to round up basketball fans in the region, and to promote the exciting and fast paced game of basketball to our nation. For the local fans, this is also a once in a life-time chance to meet and watch some former NBA stars play in person, some of whom I myself idolize when I was younger and playing professionally.
So as part of our promo for this event, and also to make popular this sport, Xballer and our partners have organized a 3on3 tournament in every state, as well as in Singapore where the winners from each state competing in against each other, with the grand finals held in the same stadium on the same day, just before the U.S. PRO BASKETBALL ALUMNI game itself. |
